In this article, the effectiveness of planning and organizing judo training at the initial training stage is analyzed from a scientific-theoretical and practical point of view. In the research process, the importance of organizing training in a systematic, consistent, and purposeful manner, taking into account the psychological characteristics of young judokas, is substantiated. In addition, special attention is paid to the issues of ensuring the harmony of physical, technical, tactical, and psychological training in the planning of the training process. The article highlights the effectiveness of step-by-step training in judo based on the Kyu system and analyzes the structure of training (introduction, main and concluding parts) from a scientific point of view.
