This article examines coaching methods aimed at effectively teaching football players to master vestibular exercises. Visual, verbal, and practical methods are highlighted, along with an individualized approach and a variety of training conditions. The significance of vestibular exercises for coordination, balance, and overall athletic preparation is scientifically substantiated.
