This scientific article presents a systematic analysis of the process of integration with scientific and technical terminology of a foreign language and the role of technical terms, as well as the improvement of teaching technology through explanatory dictionaries of specialized disciplines. The article highlights the positive and negative aspects of teaching using technical terms, and the importance of terms in improving students' knowledge and skills. Various examples explain the necessity of using foreign language teaching technology with integrated methods of technical terms. The article discusses the use of communicative methods in improving students' skills in working with terms related to their technical specialty during the learning process, the practical aspect of working with texts related to the student's technical specialty, as well as the logical chain, structural map, and conclusion of working with special industry texts. The use of interpretation of technical terms given in the text allows students to improve and optimize the benefits of learning a foreign language in harmony with professional science.
