This article is devoted to the study of the use of interactive methods in the process of studying morphological methods of Russian word formation. The practical focus of studying the section "Word formation" is of great importance for the formation of correct literate writing. Knowledge of morphemic composition and basic methods of word formation helps to implement a practical, communicative orientation of learning, expressed in the assimilation of word-formation norms and rules for the use of linguistic units in speech, which generally forms the linguistic flair of students. In addition, in the process of studying word formation, their interest in learning the Russian language, in the structure of the word, and in changing its meaning is formed. In the context of modern educational technologies, interactive approaches are becoming an important tool for improving the effectiveness of learning. Various interactive techniques such as game elements, brainstorming, role-playing games and online platforms are considered, and their impact on the assimilation and consolidation of theoretical knowledge about morphological processes. Special attention is paid to the possibilities of these methods for enhancing students’ cognitive activity, developing their analytical and creative skills, as well as improving their understanding of complex grammatical structures. Examples of the use of interactive technologies in educational activities are given. The conclusions emphasize the importance of integrating interactive methods into the educational process aimed at in-depth study of the word-formation mechanisms of the Russian language.
