By analyzing theoretical foundations and empirical data, the study highlights the intricate relationship between language use and meaning-making in social interactions. The findings emphasize the need for pragmatic competence in various communicative scenarios, including interpersonal and cross-cultural communication. The study concludes that pragmatic awareness enhances effective communication, reducing misunderstandings and improving discourse management.
