The article examines the theoretical foundations of organizing physical education and health activities in preschool educational institutions, identifies key principles for building a health-saving environment, and substantiates modern approaches to developing children's motor activity. The results of the analysis of regulatory and methodological documents and pedagogical practices aimed at improving the level of physical development of preschoolers are presented.
