This study examines the importance of classroom management in foreign language teaching and its benefits in the learning process. The research paper presents various pedagogical strategies and techniques that help maintain order in the classroom, control students' activity, and ensure effective learning. Classroom management is not only about managing students' behavior, but also helps the teacher organize the lesson effectively, increase students' motivation, and improve the quality of the lesson. Research shows that the best results can be achieved by encouraging student participation, problem solving, and teamwork, while taking into account students' individuality in the learning process. The benefits of classroom management include increasing students' mutual respect, establishing positive relationships between the teacher and students, and increasing the effectiveness of the educational process.
