This article examines environmental issues in Central Asia, the factors influencing the socio-psychological wellbeing of the region, and their significance. It analyzes the cooperation of the governments of the region’s countries with international, regional, and national partners aimed at addressing environmental protection and sustainable development challenges. The article notes that, for the countries of Central Asia, resolving national and regional environmental problems is of primary importance. It highlights the possibility of creating a platform for interstate and interagency dialogue focused on implementing gender initiatives based on know-how and new technologies. In turn, this contributes to engaging the public in decision-making on the development and application of innovative approaches and methods, as well as improving information exchange at the regional level.
