This article addresses the growing need to modernize educational methodologies in response to rapid demographic transformations affecting education systems globally and in Uzbekistan. Changes in population structure, including migration, urbanization, aging, and increasing cultural diversity, have significantly altered the composition of learners and the demandsplaced on education systems. Traditional pedagogical approaches, largely designed for homogeneous and stable populations, are no longer sufficient to meet the needs of diverse and dynamic learning environments. Contemporary research in pedagogy emphasizes learner-centered approaches, inclusivity, and the integration of digital technologies as key responses to these challenges. Despite ongoing reforms in Uzbekistan aimed at improving educational quality and aligning with international standards, there remains a gap between policy intentions and classroom practices. This article examines how demographic changes impact educational methodology, identifies key shortcomings in current approaches, and proposes innovative pedagogical solutions informed by both global trends and national priorities.
