This article provides a theoretical and empirical analysis of the influence of psychological resources and value systems on the formation and manifestation of self-satisfaction among mature-aged women. The study examines the relationship between internal psychological resources, including resilience, self-regulation, emotional stability, reflexivity, and self-efficacy, and indicators of subjective well-being and life satisfaction. Furthermore, the motivational and regulatory functions of the value system, as well as its role in personal identity formation, goal setting, and psychological adaptation processes, are explored. The findings indicate that well-developed psychological resources and a high level of positive value orientations serve as significant determinants of increased self-satisfaction among women. The results obtained have theoretical and practical significance for promoting psychological well-being, supporting personal development, and designing psycho-preventive and psycho-corrective programs for mature-aged women.
