This article analyzes the effectiveness of vehicle movement restriction activities and the causes of road traffic accidents (RTAs) based on objective (infrastructure) and subjective (human factor) criteria. It also proposes legislative amendments regarding the liability of individuals responsible for infrastructural deficiencies.
