This article explores the issues of the systematic organization of independent education, which is one of the most critical areas in adult education in the era of rapid modern transformations. Based on the life experience and professional needs of adults, the socio-pedagogical system for effectively managing the self-learning process is analyzed. The paper synthesizes the advanced international experience of countries like Singapore and South Korea, grounded in the fundamental principles of andragogy. Furthermore, it highlights the socio-pedagogical potential of the newly introduced mechanisms in the national education system, namely "Professional Development Hour" and "Professional Development Day," in systematizing adult independent learning, fostering a collaborative learning culture, and overcoming teachers' internal resistance to learning.
