This article examines the role of metacognition in reducing pedagogical stress in digital education environments. Modern educational processes are characterized by increased psychological pressure on teachers and students due to the integration of digital technologies, distance learning, and information overload. The study demonstrates that metacognitive strategies-awareness, planning, monitoring, and evaluation of one’s own thinking-serve as effective tools for reducing pedagogical stress.
