This article examines the language of laws in the state language of Uzbekistan and their translation. It analyzes international and domestic experience in this area, as well as the challenges of translating regulatory legal acts into the state language, using the example of the Criminal Procedure Code. It also offers scientific recommendations for addressing these challenges [Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2023; Pigolkin, 2015].
