This article analyzes the semantic, etymological, and stylistic features of military vocabulary used in the historical novel “Cleopatra” by the People’s Writer of Uzbekistan Muhammad Ali. The study linguistically examines lexemes denoting weapons, military ranks, and tactical actions that shape the military contextual field of the ancient era (Egypt and Rome) in the novel. The research also identifies the stylistic functions of archaic and military terms in the literary text.
