This article examines the diplomatic relations between Uzbekistan and Turkeythat began in the years of independence and reached the level of strategicpartnership after 2016, in particular, interaction in the economic sphere and mutualtrade, as well as prospects in such areas as modernization and construction of roadsand tunnels, geological exploration and development of promising mineraldeposits, cooperation in agriculture, in the textile industry, management of energyinfrastructure on the terms of public-private partnership.
