This study explores the problem of non-standardized terminology in Uzbek children's dance pedagogy. The main purpose of the study is to classify systematically the terms used in teaching and performing Uzbek national dances for children on the basis of linguistic, choreographic and pedagogical criteria. A descriptive and quality-oriented analysis was carried out based on children's dance textbooks, repertoire notes and interviews with experienced choreographers, and a multi-story and systematic terminological classification was developed. The results divide the terms into groups by three main dimensions: linguistics, choreographic, pedagogical.
