This article presents a linguo-statistical analysis of emotional-lexical units in Ulugbek Hamdam’s novella Loneliness. Using the AntConc software, forty emotional units were extracted from the text and their frequencies were determined. These units were categorized into semantic groups, and their percentage distribution is illustrated. The KWIC (Key Word in Context) function was applied to examine the contextual features of selected units in both left and right contexts (i.e., preceding and following words). The findings reveal that the emotional vocabulary in the author’s style serves as a key means of expressing human psychology, inner experiences, and artistic imagery. The study demonstrates the effectiveness of linguo-statistical analysis for examining literary texts.
