This article deals with the issues based on the theoretical and practical aspects of the key linguistic terms “language culture” and “speech culture.” Language culture refers to the conscious and correct use of a national language based on its norms, while speech culture focuses on the aesthetic, social, and communicative acceptability of speech. The article analyzes the historical development, differences, and interrelation of these two concepts within the context of linguistics.
