The article focuses on the methodology of initial training in technical and tactical approaches for volleyball practice. The study examines the fundamental principles and methods used in training new athletes. It describes techniques and tools that contribute to the effective mastery of volleyball techniques and tactics. The research findings indicate that a comprehensive approach to training, which combines physical preparation with tactical tasks, helps beginner volleyball players develop their skills more quickly and effectively.
