This article analyzes the effectiveness of internal communication systems within organizations. The relevance of the research stems from the impact of communication processes on work efficiency in modern organizations. The article examines the distinctive aspects of vertical and horizontal communication types, along with their advantages and disadvantages. The research methodology incorporates both qualitative and quantitative approaches, including literature review, observation, and interviews. Results indicate that horizontal communication is significantly more effective than vertical communication, and the importance of an open and transparent communication environment within the organization is emphasized. The findings of this study can serve as a foundation for developing practical recommendations to optimize communication processes.
