This article is dedicated to a detailed study of the linguistic features of taboo words and slang, reflecting the social, cultural, and psychological dynamics of language. Taboo words are considered prohibited due to cultural and moral norms, while slang stands out as a linguistic layer characterized by creativity and informality. The article examines the phonetic, semantic, and pragmatic aspects of these phenomena. Additionally, it explores their sociolinguistic significance, their role in group identity, and their influence on language development. Historical development and their manifestations in different cultures are analyzed to provide an in-depth understanding of their linguistic features.
