This article examines the development and enhancement of physical attributes through the use of innovative technologies. A study was conducted to evaluate the LD TEST, an innovative device aimed at improving quickness and agility among elementary school students. The article also discusses the current state and quality of extracurricular sports clubs and physical education classes.
