The article reviews two key concepts: immersive technologies, empathy, and their components. The symbiosis of these concepts is implemented in the product, virtual simulation, which in turn leads to the desired result, achieving the goal, and forming a positive emotional state through the organs of human perception. The essence lies in teaching empathy, which is the ability to empathize with the current emotional state of another person without losing the feeling of the external origin of this experience.
