In New Uzbekistan, organizing the preschool education system based on modern requirements, raising healthy and well-rounded children, implementing effective forms and methods of education and upbringing in the educational process, and nurturing a spiritually mature generation are among the priority tasks of state policy. The article addresses the issue of teaching healthy lifestyle skills from early childhood development, enhancing medical knowledge not only for children but also for parents, and preventing diseases resulting from today's psychological stress and the impact of internet technology on the human body.
