This article conducts research in several directions related to the analysis of neologisms, which in modern world linguistics are considered as a key source of language development. The consideration covers semantic word formation, integrative approach, linguocultural, semantic-communicative, linguocognitive, functional-pragmatic, psycholinguistic and sociolinguistic aspects, and also studies the meaning of lexical units in the process of communication.
