The article examines administrative legal relations arising from the provision of state services for placing a child in kindergarten. It analyzes the legal norms regulating this process, as well as the specifics of interaction between applicants and state bodies responsible for providing the service. Special attention is paid to the procedures for submitting applications, reviewing documents, making decisions, and appealing rejections. The role of administrative law in ensuring the accessibility and continuity of services, as well as protecting the rights and legitimate interests of citizens, is emphasized. The work highlights the importance of effective functioning of administrative mechanisms for the timely and lawful satisfaction of the population's needs in this area.
