This article analyzes the relationship between the personal qualities and professional characteristics of future teachers within the context of pedagogical education, emphasizing the need for their integration and identifying the main challenges that arise in the process. The author provides a scientific-theoretical explanation of how personal values such as responsibility, empathy, honesty, and dedication can be effectively integrated with core professional competencies specific to the teaching profession, including pedagogical mastery, methodological knowledge, communication skills, and reflective analysis abilities. The paper also examines the pedagogical conditions, educational approaches, types of practical training activities, and moral-educational strategies required to ensure the successful integration of personal and professional attributes. It is emphasized that such integration plays a vital role in shaping the professional identity of future teachers, enhancing their influence on students, improving educational quality, and reinforcing social responsibility. The article concludes with practical recommendations for overcoming existing integration challenges and proposes methodological directions for future scientific and practical research.
