Abstract: This article examines the digital literacy gap between parents and children in the modern digital environment and its impact on the effectiveness of parental supervision. A survey of 150 families from the Fergana region was conducted, and digital literacy levels were assessed across 10 key indicators. A mathematical model comprising the Digital Literacy Index (DLI) and Supervision Effectiveness (SE) formulas was developed. Results show that parents' average DLI is 34.2% lower than that of children, reducing supervision effectiveness by 47.3%. The study substantiates the need for specialized training platforms such as "DigiParent" to improve parental digital literacy.
