The article analyzes the problems associated with monitoring children's mobile devices and Internet activity in the modern digital environment. It shows the difficulties parents face in monitoring, limiting and managing their children's device use, the shortcomings of existing solutions and the need for new approaches in this area. The research results justify the need to create new platforms such as the "Family Balance" system. The article covers the technical, psychological and social aspects of parental control systems.
