This article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of building medical information systems based on a cognitive analysis approach. Mechanisms for modeling cause-and-effect relationships between system elements, optimizing the decision-making process, and managing the flow of medical information are analyzed. The proposed methods allow for the effective organization and management of information processes in medical institutions.
