This article provides a scholarly analysis of the importance of civic engagement in the gradual formation of civil society under the conditions of Uzbekistan. The author highlights the interconnection between evolutionary development and civic consciousness in the socio-political advancement of civil society, while also offering theoretical and practical recommendations for addressing existing challenges. The article examines, from a scientific perspective, the spiritual, legal, and social foundations of civic engagement, the factors contributing to its development, and its role in building a robust civil society.
