This article analyzes the subject of prosecutorial oversight over the implementation of land legislation and its scientific and theoretical foundations. Specifically, the opinions of legal scholars on this issue have been analyzed, and an author's definition has been developed. Proposals and recommendations are given for the Land Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which is a special law regulating these relations, including state control in the field of land legislation and the subject of prosecutorial supervision.
