This article explores the life and scientific activities of Omon Oybekovich (Musayevich) Toshmukhamedov, a scholar, skilled educator, and sincere person who worked productively for many years at the History Faculty of the Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan. In the process of writing the article, the scholar's scientific works, documents preserved in the Central State Archive of Tashkent city that illuminate his activities, and the memoirs of his contemporaries obtained using the “Oral history” method were used.
