This article analyzes modern forms of dispute resolution and settlement in the field of international sports. It covers the causes of legal and organizational disputes between athletes, clubs, federations and other interested parties, as well as the mechanisms for resolving them, in particular, the activities of arbitration courts. The article also examines methods of dispute prevention, alternative dispute resolution, their effectiveness and international experience. The author emphasizes the importance of a fair and transparent dispute resolution system in the development of sports law and makes proposals for improving the current system. The article serves as a useful theoretical and practical material for sports managers, lawyers and sports organizations.
