This article examines the theoretical foundations of physical and technical-tactical training for volleyball players aged 15-16. The study analyzes physical fitness, technical skills, and tactical development. It emphasizes the role of age-appropriate training methodologies in optimizing performance and preventing injuries. The findings indicate that a well-structured training program integrating physical preparation with technical and tactical exercises significantly improves the overall volleyball performance of young athletes.
