Continuous professional development of teachers is an essential condition for the effective functioning of modern educational systems. Within the framework of lifelong learning, it is particularly important to organize the educational process taking into account the needs of all its participants, as well as the current challenges in the fields of education, science, and industry. One of the key requirements of our time is identifying problems that arise in pedagogical practice and addressing them in a timely manner. The article analyzes the practice of conducting professional development days from a scientific and pedagogical perspective, examines effective methodological approaches to their organization, and explores pedagogical strategies applied in the process of teacher professional development. Special attention is given to the role of such events in the education system and their impact on the professional growth of teaching staff.
