This article analyzes the legal nature of attorney inquiries, their practical application, and the procedures for sending and receiving such requests. A comparative analysis is conducted based on the experiences of Kazakhstan, Ukraine, France, the United States, and other countries. The article highlights gaps in Uzbekistan's legislation and presents specific proposals for reform.
