This article examines the history of the formation of the United States of America, its stages of development, state-building, administrative divisions, and the actions of political layers from a scientific perspective. Additionally, it discusses the adoption of the U.S. Constitution, its structural composition, and the legal views of the founding fathers of the U.S. regarding its improvement. Moreover, the political activities of Federalists and Anti-Federalists, as well as the history of the formation of political parties in the country, are analyzed based on various sources.
