Annotatsiya

This article examines specific aspects of applying administrative penalties to underage foreign citizens and stateless persons under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It analyzes the legal status of these individuals as established by current laws and investigates how the unique features of this status affect the implementation of administrative liability measures.
