The article discusses the analysis of the current higher education system and the identification of principles for modernizing education. It also highlights the pedagogical aspects of globalization and internationalization, forecasting and practical application, marketization, standardization, regionalization, and axiologization. Higher education is not only significant in terms of modernization but also holds great importance from the perspective of reforms and innovative development.
