This article analyzes the legal foundations of anti-corruption activities within the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It examines the laws, international standards, and national programs adopted to enhance the fight against corruption in the country, highlighting the role of internal affairs bodies in this process. The article also discusses the legal mechanisms for combating corruption and their alignment with state policy and international best practices. Furthermore, it emphasizes the importance of the National Strategy for Combating Corruption until 2030, which has been adopted to guide these efforts.
