This article scientifically analyzes the role of education and upbringing in the activities of prosecution authorities in preventing offenses among youth. It examines the work being carried out in our country to ensure the protection of young people's personal, political, economic, social, cultural, and environmental rights, as well as issues related to the participation of prosecution authorities in this process. The article also explores concepts such as prevention, crime prevention, and offense prevention among youth. Furthermore, relevant proposals are put forward regarding these matters.
