This article examines crimes committed using digital technologies and explores national and international experiences in their prevention. It analyzes different types of cybercrimes, their risks at global and local levels, and legislative measures taken by various countries. Special attention is given to effective methods of combating cybercrime and proposals for enhancing preventive measures in the future.
