In this article, the author focuses on the subjective characteristics of crimes associated with the illegal sale of pyrotechnic products. Particular attention is given to analyzing the subjective aspect of the individual who committed the crime, especially in the context of illegal handling of pyrotechnics. The author also emphasizes that the punitive measures for such violations will be intensified due to the specific nature of these actions and expresses his opinion on the need for appropriate qualification of such acts.
