This article analyzes criminal liability for the transfer of narcotics, psychotropic substances, and their analogues to minors. Narcotics are one of the major threats to the health and social development of society. Minors are particularly vulnerable to this menace, which negatively affects their physical and psychological state and poses a threat to public order. The article examines the principal documents of the international community aimed at combating drug abuse, and analyzes the penalties provided for transferring drugs to minors in the criminal codes of countries such as Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Latvia, and Kyrgyzstan.
