The article considers the subjects of compensation for damage caused by motor vehicles. Thus, the article explains that the harm caused by a motor vehicle is a source of increased danger, resulting in an unfair obligation and it is not fully regulated. However, it is noted that vehicle owners are liable for the actions of their minor children. It also analyzes that the owner of a vehicle is not liable for damage caused by a third party if he proves that the car fell out of the owner's possession as a result of illegal actions of third parties.
