This article provides a detailed overview of the legal aspects of Islamic law contracts of sale and purchase. Islamic commercial principles are based on honesty, fairness, and mutual consent, and the rights and obligations of the parties involved in the conclusion of the contract must be fully protected. The article examines the concepts of ribo (interest) and karar (uncertainty), their prohibition in sales contracts, as well as the basic conditions of honest trade, the liability of the parties and the protection of property rights. Furthermore, the clearness, comprehensibility of contracts, and the honesty of the parties play an important role in Islamic law. The article also covers the rules for concluding contracts based on the principles of jurisprudence. Islamic financial transactions ensure that trade is beneficial for both parties, ensures social justice, and is fair.
