According to statistics, the annual number of fatalities caused by road accidents exceeds the death toll of the coronavirus pandemic, emphasizing the serious risks associated with vehicles. The article highlights how the high speed and unpredictability of vehicles contribute to their status as a source of excessive risk, potentially beyond human control. Furthermore, the article analyzes the legal framework for compensation related to damages caused by such risks.
