The article discusses vehicles as a means of transportation that offer unique convenience but are also a significant source of excessive risk. Due to the increasing number of vehicles and the lack of driving culture, roads have become more congested and dangerous. According to statistics, the annual number of fatalities caused by road accidents exceeds the death toll of the coronavirus pandemic, emphasizing the serious risks associated with vehicles. The article highlights how the high speed and unpredictability of vehicles contribute to their status as a source of excessive risk, potentially beyond human control. Furthermore, the article analyzes the legal framework for compensation related to damages caused by such risks.
