The aim of the study was to examine the influence of parent-child relationships on physical aggression among adolescents. A relationship between parental bonding, gender, and aggression was identified: girls with poor parental bonds were more likely to exhibit aggression compared to girls with strong parental bonds, while boys showed high levels of aggression regardless of the quality of the parent-child relationship.
